General information

The Central Services at swisspeace ensure smooth operation of finance, human resources, IT and other administrative and logistical processes.
Duration of the assignment: 3 Months or longer (Ref. No 84836 – www.zivi.admin.ch)
Please specify your possible start and end dates in the cover letter.
(Due to civilian service regulations, swisspeace is not part of a "focus program" (DE: Schwerpunktprogramm)).

Your tasks

Infrastructure and office space,
Maintenance of the swisspeace email account,
Reception, telephone, contact person for visitors,
Administrative and logistical support for thematic programs and projects,
Mail incoming and outgoing.

Your profile

Admission to the Swiss civilian service (Zivildienst / service civil),
Commercial degree or studies in business administration or equivalent experience,
Initial work experience,
Team player, conscientious, responsible work ethic, and organizational skills,
Excellent Microsoft Office skills. Experience with Microsoft Share Point is an asset,
Good command (C1) of English and German. French skills are an asset,
Interested in the topic of peacebuilding.
